Project Description:
This project involved services provided for a third party client who could directly use the business services of Fidelity
connecting through a Firewall. All the services needed to be standardized, follow the SOA guidelines and modified to
be used by the UI of the third party firm. As a part of the release another feature was to provide a seamless online
integration of Account Opening and Transfer of Assets for the Advisor channel of Fidelity.

Transfer of Assets is an important feature that Fidelity offers to its customers when they want to transfer their assets
(liquid or in-kind) to their Fidelity account from a third party firm. Major initiatives were carried on in order to
enhance the straight through processing rates of the online transfers and also increase the customer database.
Prominent of these enhancements were the e-signature functionality provided for the Retail customers as well as the
party of the Advisors. Another feature was the real time tracking of the transfers conducted online or through the Front
office Fidelity Representatives.
