project management services including scope of work development, design, construction

• Develop project scope, negotiate fees and engage consultants, review drawings and
specifications, prepare bid documents according to state procurement requirements, file and
secure permits, manage construction activities, coordinate inspections, and oversee punch list and

and Materials.

• Manage all business aspects of large construction management contracts extending over many

Estimates (CCE), facilitate competitive bidding, negotiate proposals, review invoices, issue
contract amendments, manage dispute resolution, devise risk management strategies, negotiate
and issue contract change orders, and achieve final project closeout and de obligation.
• Serve as liaison between NJSDA and client school districts to resolve issues quickly, deliver
projects within scope and schedule parameters while simultaneously protecting the financial
interests of the NJSDA through cost avoidance.
Land Acquisition Project Officer
2003 to 2007
• Manage property acquisition for new school development. Lead project teams comprised of
schools district administrators and local municipal leaders to select suitable sites to maximize the
economic and environmental impact to the community.
• Coordinate work on multimillion dollar projects within a large organization with multiple
consultants, contractors and third parties.
• Manage environmental feasibility studies, coordinate site plan design, oversee appraisals, assist in
administering relocation assistance, and oversee imminent domain proceedings.

owner’s counsel.
