I am a software industry professional with over 24 years of experience in the areas of services and software through

roles in various disciplines. I possess breadth and depth of knowledge & skills through shipping multiple quality

Release Project Manager: Delivered a long term Release Project Management methodology for Test Division’s Integration

of support-based tools for major Microsoft releases (e.g., Windows 8, Office 15)

Release Project Manager: Drove milestone releases for the Windows 8 SDK, including creating and maintaining the

release schedule, standing up processes, and driving individual tool owners to meet exit criteria including compliance

XBOX Live Engagement (2010-2010)

Release Project Manager: Created and implemented improvements to resources and processes for XBOX Live

Engagement (LIVEn) deployments to address team pain points including resolving communication issues and process

backlogs, tracking progress through Sprints and Scrum methodology using TFS

Global Foundation Services (2009-2010)

Release Project Manager: Capacity Management/Data Garage program: Resolved customer satisfaction issues by creating

and implementing processes, managed SCRUM Sprint items and bug tracking using TFS, resolved release deployment
