SUMMARY:

. I am having 12 years of experience in the Piping and Pipe line Design

of Front End Engineering (FEED) and Detail Design of ONSHORE and OIL

PORT projects including Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery, Offloading,

and Oil and Gas sectors. During the course of my career, I have been

in detail design based on design office as well on site part of field

engineering team supporting construction on various engineering

issues. My role covers preparation of equipment layout, piping design,

development of Plot Plan, involved in construction support & co-

ordination with other disciplines.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

. Conceptual study piping for developing, Equipment layout, plot plan,

GAD's, Isometrics and Material take-off (BOM).

. Involved in modelling of all piping layout for green and brown field

areas including details isometrics.

. Site visit to collect existing facilities information for revamping

activities, identifying Tie-In Locations as per P&ID, mark up drawings

and preparation of Tie-In packages.

Detail design (CFP Project-WP). (Including detailing of loading arms,

pig lunching station, and metering skid).

. Detail design of Sulfur Priling piping which is part of SRU (Sulfur

Recovery Unit) Jacketed piping.

. Design and detailing of Fire water piping systems, coordination with

site fire department team to agree proposed tie-in point, location of

hydrants and monitors.

. Extraction of Isometric's and stages of MTO's from Model and

preparation final BOM from Iso's.

. Preparation of above ground tie-in package and associated process

preparation packs including co-ordination with operations Tie-In

coordinator for agreeing the location on field.

. Team coordination and participation in 30%, 60%, 90% model reviews

with the design team

. Involved in day to day communication with other discipline designers

to resolve interface issues.

. Involved in review of As-Built drawing submitted by sub-contractors.

. Involvement with projects from studies to IFC stage for EPC projects

and preliminary Issue for FEED. Piping Support Arrangement DWG's

preparation & Piping AS-BUILT dwg's

. Perform site survey and send feedback to design office for completing

the design of revamp units.

. Walk down with the operation for space reservation approval and

installation of above ground Tie-in Tags

. Engineering support for during construction activities and resolving

technical queries raised by sub-contractor.

. Reviewing of Hydro test pack's and Job pack's

. Support in during shutdown and Turnaround activities
