. Using MITE.com to be able to stimulate the different versions of

Mobile phones for online end to end testing of the website

Rewards Network offers its dining programs in partnership with nine major

airlines, many of the nation's largest bankcard issuers, numerous key

players in the loyalty marketing industry, and dozens of national

corporations. Their members include frequent flyers, corporate cardholders,

and active diners who dine regularly at their participating clients.

Rewards Network has more than 12 partner websites which has different types

of functionality from search functionality, to member surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

. Querying the SQL database to complete an end to end functional test on

the project.

. Providing cross training for coworkers in the team with details of how

CMS/MCP works from the testing perspective, with the help of a

PowerPoint presentation, Visio flowchart and the Database Schema. Also

tested the digital contract flow through MCT and made sure that it

successfully passes through the various approval levels of the

process and that the appropriate emails are being generated.

. Testing of the regular websites as well as SSO (Single Sign On)

websites for Bonus registration, verifying the copy and also checking

the database if the registration has successfully made to the database

using SQL query.

. Extensive regression testing of Enrollment, Search functionality,

email generations.

. Testing of the member surveys (2 different types), adding transactions

to verify them and also using SQL statements to check if the surveys

have successfully made it to the database.

Projects:

Disaster Recovery Websites: DR Sites are a copy of the actual websites so

the websites are up and running even when a disaster like a Hurricane

strikes Florida.

Key Survey: Key survey is a 3rd party vendor company who is responsible for

the creation of surveys that change according to the member type.

Idine Membership Split: This change in the Idine membership program was

geared more to involve its members and thereby giving them benefits based

on their spend amount and also the survey completed by them.

CMS: Comment management system is an in house application that's a portal

for Rewards Network clients (Restaurants) that have the feasibility to

respond to the member comments directly.

Idine Re-launch: In 2009 Idine was re launched as a partner of Rewards

Network thereby completely changing the look and feel and offering its

members free membership and becoming socially active by connecting members

to Facebook and Twitter.

Verbatim: Verbatim is an in house application that is used to clean

comments (for any spelling errors/case changes or offensive language)

before it is posted on to the websites.

MCA- Merchant Contract Automation: MCA is a Web Application that allows

Rewards Network to leverage Adobe's Lifecycle Forms (J2EE technology) to

digitize contracts and do away with an error prone, cost-ineffective, re-

work oriented paper contracts process.

MCP - Merchant Content Program Phase 1: MCP is an internal web application

that mainly concentrates on uploading, resizing and retouching (with the

help of Photoshop) web related marketing collateral.
