Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSE) Manager
Spearheaded plant safety programs to provide zero injuries during a 20
month retooling turnaround project and then restart-up of 26 million gallon
annually producing Bio-Ethanol producing plant. Assisted with and lead
continuous improvement by optimizing processes, teams, and systems through
collaboration with other areas.
Planned and delivered programs to train managers and employees in work site
safety practices. Promoted plant safety by working with Plant Leadership
and all departments to analyze safety trends and recommend safety

Primary focus was contracted to provide strategic and visionary leadership
in developing SOP Program of Safety & Compliance and Human Resources
Policies & Procedures Guidelines for a full-service nationwide provider of
pharmaceutical courier services, distribution centers, warehousing and
logistical needs. Implemented safety program for transportation operations
to ensure continuous
compliance with OSHA, MVR, DOT & FMCSA regulations.
Developed a culture that assured safety in all work performed and safety
plans based on prior year's performance results. Coordinated safety
meetings to include all accidents, on road violations, and any changes in
