I have over ** years experience working in Petro-Chemical-Gas plants,
involved in maintenance and construction activities; 11 years as a craft
worker on brownfield sites and 24 years in health, safety and environmental
management activities on both brownfield and greenfield sites.
I have acquired a wide range of knowledge of Industrial and Construction
safe work practices and HSE management systems acquired through training
and field experience during craft and management related activities.

During the period from 2010 to 2013, I worked for ThyssenKrupp Uhde of
Germany as a consultant to provide support on several of their
international projects which required OSHA compliance support specifically
and HSE support in general. I also provided the leadership for the
development of their HSE procedures (and training) toolbox which was for
use on international projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES HAVE INCLUDED;
Establishing and ensuring implementation of the HSEQ Management System
during all project phases;
Ensured Project compliance with regulatory, client and OHSAS 18001, ISO
9001 and 14001 standards;
Preparation of ITB documents and review of HSE aspects of Contractor's
documentation;
Providing HSE leadership and technical expertise to Client, Company and
Contractors to coordinate and continuously improve Safety, Health,
Environmental aspects;
Provide for the implementation of Client HSE requirements, usually OSHA
based or influenced;
Provide for review of method statements and risk assessments, to confirm
alignment to Company standards and applicable regulatory requirements;
Established HSE audit program & schedule and performed audits within the
project organization, reporting results to Project Management;
Provided coaching and actively promote work-site safety including taking
regular site Health and Safety inspections and engaging site management and
supervision to ensure HSE compliance;
Reviewed and upgraded standards and procedures based on changing work
environment, providing HSE focus for planning for continual improvements to
reduce risk of injuries, environmental harm and provide for customer
satisfaction;
Provided technical support/guidance during accident/incident investigation,
provided process to ensure mitigation measures and action items are
implemented.
Developed and implemented the Project HSE training programs. Provided
training and coaching to all levels of Project Management on HSE aspects.
Established and monitored an evacuation/emergency rescue/response plan and
provided periodic drills/training for response to potential medical and
environmental emergencies
Established and implemented HSE review processes for purchasing materials
Implemented requirements for Hazardous chemicals and materials management
system, developed and implemented environmental monitoring programs for
Asbestos, Lead, Benzene.
Established, managed and trained relevant personnel in Project specific
Permit to Work Systems
Reported the performance status of Project HSE and security compliance to
the Project Manager and project staff
Ensured safety and quality support for the development of key performance
indicators to monitor contractor's HSE progress.

in Client representative role (single Project) during Pre-Feed Activities,
including presentation of risk assessment to local authority and landlord
for initial land approval of 11B USD chemical complex. In parallel, acted
in EPC role (multiple projects); provided basis for HSEQ program for
approval to clients and for contractor submittals, IPIC was Owner of Large
Chemical Complex and also wanted to develop team (IPIC Ferrostaal) to work

Construction and Operations of a 11B USD Chemical Park. Prepared ITB
documents in conjunction with client requirements and providing technical
and practical guidance during review process.
Abu Dhabi Ports Company, KPIZ Project; Workplace Health & Safety - Provided
initial H&S plan for Abu Dhabi Ports Company (Client Consultant/PMC) -
Reviewing Contractor ITB submissions and evaluated their H&S programs for
marine and civil works, providing support to help them meet ADPC
requirements. Conducted Field evaluations (audits) to document compliance,
defined actions required to meet contract requirements. Construction
activities included; Initial Site survey, Hazardous waste removal, earth
works, marine works, heavy lift, concrete, worker accommodation.
