Mortgage loan consultant: As a mortgage loan consultant, I have worked with realtors, builders,

call-in customers, investors, friends and family. Working with Bank customers I understand the

importance of information sharing for cross sell opportunities. I have had the opportunity to

work with a wide variety of loans; including USDA, VA, FHA, conventional, jumbo, home

equity, purchase money seconds and lot loans. I am also familiar with contracts leases, surveys

and title reports.

Construction and remodeling: I was an owner of a company that specialized in repair and

remodeling of residential and commercial buildings. The work encompassed negotiating, sales

and marketing, management, design, estimating, and general construction labor.
