2 P a g e M i c h a e l E l l i o t t
Created an ASP.NET MVC application using C#, Entity Framework, Code First, SQL Server, T SQL, Telerik, Subversion, CSS3,
HTML5, Responsive Design, JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, Bootstrap, SSO integration & 2 phase OAuth support.
Designed, Developed a Web application to integrate with Box.com for document sharing, versioning, and role based security, etc.
for a leading text book sales organization. The application had to support over 1000 users each with a mixture of security roles
and abilities. The application had to support “Responsive Design” and display and work on iPhone, Android and Win Phones.
The application would also be used in a “disconnected” manner, so I had to create a local version that would synchronize the
database and files locally to the user’s laptop for use.
For the “online” version, I integrated with the ADFS for Single Sign On via SAML2, but the stand alone or “disconnected”
version had to support OAuth using local role based security.
For synchronization, I had to create 2 multi threaded C# Windows Services that would handle file and database synchronization
from the server down to the local version and push certain changes from the local version back to the server once connectivity
was detected.
