Deviating from the company's AMC (Annual Maintenance Cost) business model

of selling the Annual Service Plans, I took the initiative and proposed the

idea of OTF Sales.

Changes Proposed: Instead of Annual Subscription, give the customers more

choices - Introduction of OTF (One Time Fix) where the customer pays $xx

for one time query resolution.

It was well received by the management and I started spearheading this

multi-million dollar project.

The project involved working closely with the designing team to make sure

that the website was up to the mark and also made sure there's correct

installation of Conversion Tracking and Analytic codes.
