Trust Administrator II
Provide superior trust administration two Trust Administrative Officers by
administering all aspects of trust, personal and institutional accounts for
which the Company serves as Trustee, Advisor or Custodian. My performance
rating is Exceeds All Expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and maintain a current working knowledge of all assigned
accounts and the family groups of which they are a part
. Process all facets of account openings and closings
. Setting up new assets, special assets as well as removing assets
. Process receipts and disbursements for all assigned accounts using the
trust accounting system
. Manually complete monthly requirements per client's requests on a
continual basis, and monthly or quarterly statements
. Work as operations department - facilitating cashier's checks,
deposits, and check requests on Siebel system to complete each
transaction in each trust account.
. House and maintain Family Office Services, as well as daily support
for all account activity and foundation account responsibilities for
all aspects of the foundation account
. Communicate with clients on a daily basis
. Monitor cash flow requirements of clients. Prepare appropriate
reports
. Special ongoing monthly project - Family Relationship of 75Client
accounts monthly maintenance and roll out of spreadsheets for monthly
analysis of fees and expenses taken from income and complete all the
monthly distributions less these fees and expenses taken from income,
as well as payments to Investment Managers and Co-Trustees.
. Assure compliance with internal policies and procedures
. Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for Trust Officers as requested
. Assist with final quality review of all reports before publication to
clients
. Maintain report distribution grid for each assigned family, updating
as necessary in order to assure that all appropriate individuals
receive the proper quarterly account statements
. Assist in preparation of client cash flow spreadsheets in advance of
quarterly trust committee meetings
. Other duties as assigned by the trust officers
. Special projects as required by both officers
OFFICE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has office management responsibilities covering special projects
as needed and also monthly and daily projects as required for clients
accounts. It also requires management and operations of the Delaware
office for both officers when they travel. Both officers are dual state
officers for DE and PA and this requires working knowledge of both DE and
PA.
