Dear Sir/Madam,
I am currently seeking employment as a Customer Service Representative. I am sending a copy of my resume along with
this letter for your review. I have graduated with honours from the 911 Emergency Response program at Durham College
as well as graduated with Distinction from the Primary Care Paramedic program at Conestoga College. I also have various
Business Administration qualifications and I am very eager to start working and am available for full time work, days,
evenings and nights and holidays.
As a student in the Emergency 911 Dispatching course I was able to gain valuable experience and insight into emergency
communication and dealing with the public during crisis. Many strong communication skills were developed having dealt
with family members and the general public in stressful situations. Crisis management, communication skills and
organization skills were at the foundation of my studies as a 911 emergency dispatcher. Through the Paramedic program I
have gained a fundamental knowledge of emergency systems first hand through class time and 350+ hours experience in
the field consolidation. I have developed good team work and strong problem solving skills through multiple group
projects and scenarios essential to the completion of the program.
I wish to take this time now to thank you for considering me for a position as a Customer Service Representative. I look
forward to hearing from you so we may further discuss how I can put my skills to work for you, your business and your
customers.
Sincerely,
Ashley Leeder-Brown
