I have been in the field service, sales and distribution arena for a combined 15 plus years. I have a very strong passion for the field service market and all of the related operations to support a strong customer base for continued growth.

My contributions with the development and control of the required P/L objectives range from the daily payroll controls, manpower staffing to capital expense execution, inclusive with managing a field service team of 200 plus In- home field technicians which encompass customer care calling centers, regional routing centers, parts distribution and facility management. Managing the customer experience ranks number one on my passion list, my past units have always exceeded total satisfaction on the score card ranking profile which was accomplished through developing a complete team participation culture. Team building through morale development is a must with any field operation which can be accomplished through partnering with the Human Resources and Training teams in addition to making yourself available, daily stand-up meetings, weekly ride along, and performance communications.

I have a full awareness of the operational tools required to manage a fast pace, time sensitive program in order to accomplish defined line items, again partnering with the internal teams. Inventory and shrink control programs have been a strong concentration element which I have had a great success rate. This was accomplished through developing shrink programs with a strong team awareness and daily participation.

I have contributed to the required safety / loss prevention programs related to vehicle maintenance, DOT regulations, and the required facilities OSHA and local agencies requirements.
