Mid-sized Start-up Company focused on RTS titles and mobile games, mobile

F2P games, AAA IP's and new IP's for multi-platforms.

VP of Production

Key consultant and executive for "Tryst", and 3 unannounced iOS and Android

game titles. Created a QA process and implemented it in the product road

map. Oversaw and improved on production practices. Created, clarified and

solidified key design pillars. Key contributor to the UX design and user

experience for MAC, PC's and hand held devices. Communication hub for cross

budget projects and renowned works of art in all entertainment forums.

Executive Producer & Project Lead

Oversaw and mobilized all aspects of creative vision and development for

multiple concurrent large-scale projects. Managed, coached, and directed

~12 direct reports at all levels; included UX Design, Quality Control,

Front End Engineering, Core Engineering, Audio, Production, Art, and

. Transformed a complex production process and core user experience (UX),

into a streamlined production line using Agile and Waterfall

methodologies. Applied strong team work techniques promoting

. Played pivotal role in transforming The Force Unleashed into the largest

and most lucrative worldwide Star Wars multimedia event in LucasArts'

history including multi-platform digital game (s), figures, comics,

. Eliminated ~$300K per quarter in costs while increasing artists'

productivity by 25%, developing innovative tools for rapid and effective

iteration.

. Elevated the importance of QA directly managing QA teams, improving

processes, cross discipline communications. Created a culture where QA

. Created the first-of-its-kind QA process at LucasArts that included both

internal and international QA resources. In-sourcing and outsourcing
