engineers, security analysts, and managers. Oversaw and directed all facets

of communications network including voice, data, and cellular devices.

Managed all IT security functions. Administered annual $10M services budget

and annual $1.4M capital budget.

. Enabled voice and video transport, while increasing quality of service to

customers, improving resiliency, and expanding bandwidth, renegotiating

contract, and orchestrating conversion of WAN from ATM to global MPLS in

60 offices worldwide.

bandwidth, renegotiating major telecom contracts with Purchasing and

business conversion from Avaya PBX to IP Telephony environment using
