Platform Manager (Product Owner)
As the Product Owner for digital and mobile content, possess an in depth knowledge of Catalina’s digital and mobile product
solutions, strategies and objectives. Act as the primary business interface with the Scrum Team and maintain a prioritized backlog
so that each successive sprint can be planned clearly and efficiently.
• Successfully drove retirement of legacy operations system that generates $70 million a year in revenue. Managed
and advised implementation of new system as the Agile Product Owner.
• Managed the product backlog and product roadmap for the back office system that supports coupons.Target.com,
Load-To-Card, and Mobile couponing. Agile management tasks include:
o Backlog seeding and grooming, release planning, sprint planning, sprint sizing, backlog prioritization and
sprint retrospectives.
• Managed feature requests from multiple business units: Sales, Client Services, and International.
