- Acts as a salesperson and represents the agency in the market to attract and take in prospect

clients by doing presentations that can convince them with our agency’s capabilities.

Serves as the liaison between the agency’s staff, clients’ marketing teams and the outsourced

Defines clients’ requirements and project parameters.

- Responsible for doing comprehensive presentations, briefings and job orders guiding,

informing and inspiring the team to conceptualize, to develop and to produce quality strategies

and multimedia collaterals.

- Makes sure that the projects are coordinated well, delivered on time and implemented

effectively on time and there are no errors or fault in those.

Adheres to budgets and oversees the accounts’ billings

- Manages the executions of the projects from pre-production to post-production.

- Monitors the projects and communicates updates to clients.

Highlights: I am the Account Executive manages the billboard sites projects that the company is

offering to the clients for placing their advertising collaterals. While managing the projects, I am

also performing as a part of the team handling some accounts of the agency.

- Played the role of an Account Executive who is in-charge for managing the accounts of the

agency.

- Assisted the Account Director in gathering information for research works for the acco unts and

in preparation of all mailings, presentations ad everything needed in working out the projects.

Monitored the media placements of the agency’s accounts and its competitors as well

- Responsible for brainstorming concepts and coming-up with events management proposal.

- Helped out employees through assistance in all aspects of their works.

Highlights: I was part of the team who made some of the major clients’ events handled by the

agency. In fact, the ideas that I’ve shared in brainstorming and planning of those events were

accepted by the agency as well as the clients and the whole operations in the events turned out to

be successful. During my training I was able to write a copy for a radio commercial for a client which

was approved and aired in different radio stations in the Philippines. I also experienced being part

of the video shoot for an Audio-Visual Presentation.
