Thank you so much for accepting and considering me a position as a TEAM LEADER for OUR Family First Healthcare
TEAM (FFHC). I follow a pattern of followership and leadership that emphasizes TEAM: Together Everyone Accomplishes
More.
I am not just seeking job, I am seeking a long-term commitment on a TEAM that is people-focused, where honesty is
paramount, and TEAM members just cover each other when the TEAM is crazy-busy. I must admit that I am tri-vocational.
First, I am a duly-licensed minister serving Life Point Ministries (Georgia Conference); an assembly of the International
Pentecostal Holiness Church. As a licensed minister, I have unique skill sets that help me see issues from multiple
perspectives. Being able to engage a customer with as much factual information as possible will provide for a more
complete and positive emotional, physical, Spiritual and learning process. Shortly, (May 2015) I will be a licensed minister
with credentials for hospice and hospital ministry opportunities regardless of patient religious preference.
Second: I am a career-complete United States Air Force Master Sergeant. This brings a long-term sensibility and stick-to-it
mentality. Much of my USAF career consists of customer service in the administrative, human resources, personnel
management and logistics, as well as administrative and strategic operations specifically within the healthcare provision
arena. I have significant experience in coordinating multiple processes through manifold local, state, federal and
international agencies. I have exceptional skill sets to complete the education and experience essential job description and
educational requirements.
Third: EXCEPTIONAL customer quality should be my middle name. I am quite keen at meeting or exceeding the expected
qualities and quantities of OUR TEAM. I am acutely aware of the needs to continue retail sales or production, however I am
not afraid to halt & report issues if and where safety is in question. Our TEAM members and our clients expect the absolute
best. I AM a TEAM member; striving to correct unacceptable situations using a quiet one-on-one basis yet I have the ability
to hold people accountable for their actions or inactions.
I have noteworthy experience at multiple levels of retail leadership within NPO/NGO organizations: public; private; charter.
My first role is to create a positive threat-free environment. This approach requires that I make sure OUR TEAM members
and clients understand what is happening, why, how long the process may take, and that a member of the OUR TEAM will
be with them until the issue is resolved. I truly believe that great customer service extends beyond the walls of the facility.
Follow-up conversations, coordination of personal activity schedules and providing continual feed-forward will help each
customer reach a successful outcome.
My personal and professional goals are to lead and treat everyone with absolute dignity and respect at all times. This is
especially significant for all OUR TEAM members and clients. Anxiety levels are elevated. I must never push my personal
beliefs into any interaction with OUR TEAM members or clients; yet, I must bring the OUR TEAM member and client into a
positive and proactive involvement of their personal belief systems. If I get it right, the anxiety level decreases significantly.
I follow this mindset through a common sense approach to leadership that will continue to enhance the integrity and respect
within the communities that OUR TEAM serves.
My resolution of OUR TEAM organizational purpose, goals and principles is an absolute. I offer my personal statement of
faith as evidence. I serve an omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent God. As his creation I have only two choices: 1) to be in
the center-proactive position so that my perspective and deeds place me in the very center of His proactive will; 2) to be a
bystander and miss the blessings of a God that truly loves me. I chose option 1. If I am to fulfill the Great Commission, I
must be transformed on a daily basis, to place myself in a position so that others see Christ in my every action. Christ
came to redeem the Nations; my task is to help by transforming one person at a time. If I get this action correct, we will
have dedicated and caring TEAM members, loyal clients, and we will create much good will in our communities.
My pastoral and USAF experiences, personal and professional goals, statement of faith, NPO/NGO skills, BS in Business
Administration (Emmanuel College) and my MS in Human Services (Capella University) make me an exceptional fit for our
OUR FFHC Team.
I am very flexible about my work schedule. Service to our clients is priority. I can work job tasks needs into my personal
schedule. My financial needs are very modest and negotiable. Salary usually works better to eliminate the need to track
overtime. I am available for employment starting 15 October 2014 and available for any blood, drug, or physicals sooner.
It would be my honor to speak with you to address any questions. Please feel free to contact me via text or email.
