KEY PROJECTS:
Project Manger Coatings Lead for Stena Drilling at Cameron SAS France Riser
Rehab project. Responsibilities include the overall management of risers
from their state of being brought in from offshore to final sign off on the
QA/QC portion after having a full SA 2.5 blast and then applied with Sigma
Shield 1200LT as the coating. Various QC testing was done by the client and
I verified accurate such as DFTs, Ambient conditions, WFTs, Low Voltage
detection. Etc. Project was 2 months long and wrapping up in September.
CLIENT: Stena Drilling out of Cameron SAS facility in Beziers, France
Offshore Project Management Coatings Lead for Cardon IV Perla Project.
Responsibilities include leading the COMMSA QA/QC inspectors, Commsa Paint
crews and Commsa Sub Contract crews in construction of 3 offshore 4 pyle
platforms that will be based in Venezuelan waters. All aspects of the job
include verification and sign off of daily paint reports, final sign off
reports, transmittals, submittals, implementing and signing off all
coatings specifications, signing off of all technical queries. Leading a
NACE 1 inspector for Cardon as well as 2 Mexican inspectors for COMMSA and
Saipam.

NACE Certified Coatings Inspector for Sub sea parts of FMC Technologies.
Daily Inspections of various sub sea parts being manufactured and coating
at the facility before going offshore. Daily and weekly reporting of
finding and abnormalities of all FMC parts. Inspection of blast, 3 coat
paint systems, Xylene coatings etc.

Offshore Manager for Coatings / Insulation group for UGL-Kaefer working on
a 7 year contract to provide maintenance on ESSO Australia platforms in the
Bass Strait in Australia. My role is to supervise, implement strategies,
and provide safe and quality work to the client. Role involves working
closely with Esso coordinators, vendors and my staff of approximately 80 to
perform quality coatings work to 23 offshore oil platforms. Also involved
is Cost tracking, Invoicing, HR issues, IR issues, Material tracking,
Safety stats.

NACE Certified Coatings Lead Inspector on an FPSO in Angola Africa. Job
required management of multiple skill leveled crews concerning paint,
blast, insulation, UHP water jetting, Rope Access and Scaffolders. Was
required to handle manpower and day to day operations on a 30/30 rotation
basis. Also was required to do daily ePTWS, electronic permit to work
system for all crews.

Construction Project Manager for ExxonMobil, NACE Certified, working on
various offshore and inland rigs in charge of all construction crews
including Welders, Painters, Pipefitters, E&I and Labor crews. Responsible
for daily reports such as Project Cost Ledgers, Cost Invoices, Invoice
Estimating, Square Footage Tracking, AFE's, Level 1 Structural Surveys,
Drop Cell CP Surveys, Structural Damage Reports, Material Tracking, Safety
Reports and Job Safety Analysis, Weekly Reports and Pre-Mobilization forms
for all crews.

. NACE Certified Coatings Lead Inspector for Shell Oil Co. working
on the Perdido Topsides Fab Team. Responsible for all aspects of
blasting and coatings and giving final sign off on all work completed.
Job entailed SSPC SP-10 media blast with 30/60 extra fine coal slag for
carbon steel and aluminum oxide media for the stainless steel. Coatings
were a 3 coat system. Chartek Fireproofing was also in the
specifications for this project on various areas of the platform.
Responsible for all paperwork, RFI's, SCF's, submittals and drawings
for Shell and International specs.

. NACE Certified Coatings Inspector on BP's Thunder Horse semi-
submersible deepwater offshore PDQ. Senior Coatings Inspector III,
working in conjunction with BP's company reps in order to achieve the
specified work allotted on the various levels of Thunder Horse. Work
included inspections of UHP Water-Jetting to a specified SSPC SP12/NACE
12 WJ-1, Coating with moisture tolerant UHS paints, CSN Chloride
Testing, Low Voltage Holiday Detection and some minor grit blasting to
an SSPC SP5.
CLIENT: Mustang Engineering for BP Oil, Houston TX. May 07 - Feb 08
. Project Manager of a project for State Highway Administration
valued at 5.8 million with the job entailing Rigging, Blasting,
Painting and full containment Lead Abatement. Working and communicating
with State level, Department of State Parks, Traffic Control and other
various agencies in conjunction with getting the American Legion Bridge
off I-495 over the Potomac River painted and blasted. Responsible for
managing crew of 35 workers, turning in Certified Payroll, monthly pay
estimates for State, transmittals and submittals as well as all
