• Established the operational infrastructure for the Information Technology department through the creation of
policies and procedures based on COBIT, ITIL, NIGA MICS, and industry best practices.
• Successfully opened 3 casinos with full system integration of Gaming, Hotel, and Restaurant systems to allow
for guest tracking and marketing.
• Led a series of hardware and software upgrades to SAN, gaming systems, and network components in order
to keep the enterprise systems running efficiently, and with minimal down time.
• Continue to manage Help Desk operations with full 24/7 onsite support at the New Buffalo property, and
telephone/remote support to the 2 other casinos.
• Manage an IT infrastructure including VMWare, VMWare View, EMC SANs, HP and Cisco Networking
components, 60+ application systems, 20+ Microsoft SQL Servers, and Netbackup and Data Domain backup
solutions.

Systems Engineering Supervisor (2005-2007) Gulfport, MS
Supervised 12 Application and Hardware support Engineers for the Midwest, Southeast, and Caribbean regions.
