) Carry out fit-up inspection to ensure all preparation according to the specification and requirement.

> Carry out visual inspection after welding and request NDT and monitor hydro testing and flushing activities.

) Compilation inspection report (fit-up, visual inspection, NDT request and hydrostatic report).

> Monitored Post Weld Heat Treatment (P.W,H.T) activities. Witness the Welding Procedures Qualification

Test (WPQT) and Welding Qualification test (WQT) as per specification and requirement.

) To ensure fabrication activities comply with Fabrication Procedure, Visual lnspection Procedure, Hydro-Test

Procedure, Welder Qualificatlon Test (WQT), Welding Repair Procedures and all company procedures.
