Technical Account Manager for medical customers. Client facing lead for

our largest customers. Able to capitalize on some of my interpersonal and

technical skills to work directly with troubled accounts and make them

satisfied with our IT service once again. Through solid communication,

improved documentation, technical road mapping, and successful project

implementation of new Xfactory manufacturing system providing shop floor
