DISSERTATION

"APPLICATION OF GREEN CHEMISTRY PRINCIPLES IN INDUSTRIALISATION" from the

National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Powai.

The primary goal of this project was to study the change in the

industrial processes by application of green chemistry principles. A

comparative study was done between traditional processes and green

processes to check the elimination of pollutants when green chemistry

principles were applied. Data was collected and was analyzed and it was

found that application of Green Processing is an ultimate solution to

environmental problems faced due to industrialization. Hence, there should

be a drastic adaptation of Green processes.
