Objective: To train and instruct learners with Yoga
Overview: From the time in 2011 when I introduced myself with learning
Yoga, I felt the need to spread the benefits to the mass like I benefitted.
In my search to find the right way to; I learned and took up a teachers
training certificate course of Kaivalyadham affiliated through Pune
University in 2012. Although it was a humungous challenge for my background
being a non science and a non Sanskrit student I was determined to learn
and overcome the hurdles on my way. This was indeed a marvelous experience.
My hard work and efforts helped me score distinction and was also a
consistently very good student throughout the duration of the course.
The knowledge of the practical world from the old school of thousands of
years is vast.
To understand and learn the aspects of human anatomy and physiology through
the rich traditional methods is again a wonder. One is able to tackle so
many health issues systematically through these explanations in great
details. I personally gained a lot from learning and implementing this
myself and decided to impart this knowledge expressing my share of
gratitude for the society.
As for my profile as Yoga Instructor at Bhartiyakirti Yoga Learning Center
since Feb 2013 I have been able to:
. Conduct yoga learning sessions for different age groups with diverse
backgrounds
. Manage a balanced regime including traditional Ashtang Yoga principles
. Motivate and encourage students not only for daily practice but also
to live a pure yogic lifestyle

meditative)
