Building, Facilities Maintenance : Plumbing, Carpentry and electrical of entire facility. Heating units (TRANE, Honeywell electronic thermostats) of the facilities dealing with the use of Siemens PLC and computer software for controls, VAV boxes. Logging the temperature output of the HVAC units every two hours to ensure a specific temperature tolerance. Debur parts before loading/unloading the parts from the rack. Knowledge to recognize scrap/bad parts. Recharged and/or dumped the industrial pryrene soap tanks as well as the acid tanks (chemcid 1822). Keep the rinse tanks circulating with fresh water with control valves and pumps? Neutralize wastewater to a pH level of 6-9, an inert stage, log this information for waste management to follow guidelines by the county, state and federal, contact New Castle Waste Management before dumping/draining neutralized acids down the drain. Use of CNC machines, fork truck/tow motor, air grinders, rivets guns, assembling of cable racks-parts, etc…
