Project Manager

Progressed through a path of increasing authority and operational leadership with shared P&L accountability for

engineering firm providing construction oversight of residential, commercial, institutional, and government projects.

Worked collaboratively with company owner in new business development, contract acquisitions and multi-site

construction management; staffing, training and performance evaluation of work crew. Direct $50K to $6.5 million+

projects and hold oversight for budget, scheduling, documentation, quality, and coordination of field operations

supervising earthwork, electrical, plumbing, structural, concrete and civil engineering disciplines, landscaping and

Water channel deviation and modifications to rectify erosion caused by channel waters impacting a private storage facility.

Fast-track remodel of federal residential reentry center (half-way house). Supervised interior demolition and reconstruction, VAC,

New construction of three-floor multi-use commercial property with basement parking, second level retail and third floor office area

utilizing architecturally designed and installed lightweight EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finishing System) creating a more dramatic

Church’s Chicken Rexville

Complete remodeling of the fast food, really complicated do to the restaurant was open and the work can’t affect the operation.

Work need to be done with an extremely coordination time frame, work was from 11:00 pm to 5:00 pm, living the area clean to

operate. Finish the work on time and working hand by hand with SARCO. in the close out documentation.

Walmart Super Center, Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico

Supervised subcontractors in the interior construction and finishing of approximately 50,000 square/foot retail establishment

overseeing all lighting and electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, gypsum board, flooring and ceiling installations. Ensured project

code and safety compliance. Project Value: $3 million
