Over thirty years of industry experience both commercial and residential construction from start-up to punch-out.
Directing multi-million dollar construction projects including new building and renovation/repair w orks, pre-engineered
buildings, retail buildings (i.e. Lowes/Walmart), schools, parking garages and railroad (MTA/WM ATA).
Achieving or beating time and budget constraints by motivating crews and subcontractors, while assuring quality and
safety/OSHA compliance. Identifying problems and reviewing relative information to develop workable and cost -
effective options and implement solutions. I am a team player that leads by example and not afraid to “jump -in” and
assist to accomplish these goals. Traveling to jobsites throughout the United States as necessary.
Construction Manager
Directing and guiding team leaders (foreman and subcontractors) in the overall progress and requirements of the
construction site while working with QA/QC to ensure a safe working environment. Scheduling and day to day
management of projects. Review and interpret project documents, commercial blueprints, building layout including
footers, anchor bolts, pier columns, concrete walls, structural concrete, gang walls, tilt-up walls, etc. Estimating and
coordinating material orders with suppliers and equipment rentals. Lead inspections and commission of construction
work to enforce conformity to specifications.
Act as an advisor on job related problems. Determine work priorities and coordinate work activities. Coordinate hiring,
training, and when necessary firing, of labor force. Company liason to GC’s, subcontractors, government agencies,
inspectors, etc.
