conduct daily Blow downs and Boiler Water test. Also responsible for DA Tank 4- feed
pumps, Condensate Tank, 2-Heat Exchangers and all relate pumps, valves, gauges and
reading of such. As Power Plant Operator, other duties include the operation of 3-Trane
Chillers, 4-Chill Water Pumps, 4- Condenser Pumps and Towers, 2-House Air
Compressor and 2-Dryers. Other duties include: order of Chemicals, parts and
contacting and tracking Contractors.
Southwest Metal Finishing 2/12- 9/12
Assigned to Environmental department, Responsible for the Waste treatment of CU, CR,
NI and CN by means of a continuous flow system and chemicals such as Caustic,
Bleach, Bisulfite, Sulfuric Acid and Polymer. Take sample reading of effluent water
every 2 hours and record in Daily log. Make all needed changes by adjusting Chemical
LMI pumps. Work with the disposal of Hazardous Material such as DE-ox and Nitric.
Preformed Batch treatment responsible for all PM on air diaphragm pumps, electric
pumps -replace seals, bearing and packing, valve repair and metering pumps.
Burns & McDonnell - Water Treatment/Steam Plant Operator, 7/07-6/11
Processed over 2.5 million gallons of contaminated ground water by means of Sequence
Batch Reactor-SBR and performed as Maintenance operator, in charge of maintenance
of 15 pumps, including the rebuilding and installing of internal parts such as mechanical
seals, and bearings. Provided basic electrical work, installing outlets, switches, fans and
motors and was responsible for maintaining 50 butterfly and gate valve. Worked on-call
responding to emergency trouble calls.

water from bubble bath, lotion, cream and mascara by using Vacuum Drum system and
Belt Pressing system including: Construction of stands, tables, shelves & metal racks,
Maintenance and repair of feed pumps (Myers, Marlowe and Aro pumps). Also
responsible for the correct PH of water (adding correct amount of chemicals-Alum,
Caustic and Polymer)-3years. Successfully completed Steam Plant Operator
Course by Power Engineers Institute of Technology, 4 years as
Steam plant Operator responsible for basic maintenance, upkeep and repairs to (2)
500hp Cleaver-Brooks Boilers and (1) 600h/p Cleaver-Brooks Fire Tube Boilers. To
include chemical setting, condensate return and deairating tanks and various stream traps
