Career Summary
I’m a Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience at all levels of the civil
engineering industry, from construction to design and consulting. The skill set I have acquired
over the years includes not only the technical side of civil engineering and land development,
but also the business development and management sides of consulting firm.
At this stage, I’m looking to transition into a leadership role with an established company
looking for a senior project manager to fulfill a position with a solid foundation and growth
opportunity.

Manager
Managing Partner responsibilities include supervising the firm’s business development and
marketing strategies, serving as liaison to clients, sub-consultants, and public officials as well
as being directly responsible for project bids and proposals, budgets, employee utilization and
day-to-day operations of the firm.
Additionally, responsibilities as Senior Project Manager include supervision of the project
design team members as well as performing project tasks such as coordinating
entitlement/permitting efforts and technical design calculations. Representative projects

• Curry Ford Apartments – Engineer of Record
A 123-unit multi-family development in Orlando, Florida. Served as Engineer of Record
and Senior Project Manager. Duties involved performing as well as supervising technical
design tasks, serving as liaison to the client, sub-consultants, and public officials. Scope
of work included Master Planning, Feasibility Studies, Civil Engineering Design, Utilities
and Infrastructure Design and Stormwater Management Design.
2003 – 2010: IBI Group, Inc., Maitland, FL
Associate / Senior Project Manager
As an Associate of the firm at IBI Group, responsibilities included managing the firm’s local
office business development strategy, serving as liaison to clients, sub-consultants, and public
officials and monitoring employee utilization and profitability rates.
In addition, direct project responsibilities as Senior Project Manager included supervision of
design teams, as well as performing project tasks such as feasibility studies, coordinating
entitlement/permitting efforts and technical design calculations. Representative projects
during this tenure include:
• Bahamas Sports Centre Redevelopment Project: Stadium Complex and Olympic
Sports Village – Nassau, New Providence Island, Bahamas – Senior Project
Manager for Civil Engineering Services
A joint venture between the Bahamas and the Chinese governments, this project
involved master planning, design, entitlements and construction administration for the
National Stadium and Olympic Training Facilities on approximately 621 acres of re-
developed land.
Senior Project Manager duties involved direct supervision of the technical design team
and supporting personnel, overseeing deadlines, as well as serving as liaison to the
client, sub-consultants, and public officials. Scope of work included Master Planning,
Civil Engineering Design, Utilities and Infrastructure Design and Stormwater
Management Design. The project continued into production of Final Construction
Documents as well as Construction Administration Services.
• Tuscany Village – Senior Project Manager
A 505-acre Development of Regional Impact in Palm Coast, Florida consisting of 2,400
residential units, a 150-room hotel, 50,000 square feet of commercial retail space,
30,000 square feet of office space, parks, a school and a fire station.
Senior Project Manager duties involved performing as well as supervising technical
design tasks, team members, overseeing deadlines and serving as liaison to the client,
sub-consultants, and public officials. Scope of work included Feasibility Study, Re-
zoning, Master Planning, Civil Engineering Design, Utilities and Infrastructure Design,
Stormwater Management Design as well as Local and State Entitlements..
• Grandville at Town Center – Senior Project Manager
162-unit multi-family condominium development in the heart of Winter Springs Town
Center, Florida.
