completely redone for ASCP and the warehouse mgt. system.

Senior Manufacturing Resource Analyst
Top Aerospace Defense Manufacturer of V22 Tiltrotor Aircraft and H1
Helicopters for the US Military. Duties included primary and structures
assembly planning for 30 plus days out to identify and resolve shortage
issues with the centers of excellence corporate wide with Procurement,
Drive Systems, Advanced Composites Center, RSAC and Sub Assembly for this
growing Final Assembly Center. The assemble to order environment planning
and scheduling was accomplished by using I2 Factory Planner Release 6.0.3
until October 05 and then Release 6.1.3 currently used in combination with
Excel spreadsheet applications and the corporate legacy ERP package IMS.
As part of the Resource Planning Team we achieved full rate production
approval for the Bell-Boeing V22 Osprey 9/05 and zero jig locks during a
measurement period from 9/05 to 12/05 when I was part of the V22 Resource
Planning Team until 12/05 by helping the program to deliver 19 Aircrafts in
2005. Starting on 1/06 I joined the H1 Resource Planning Team and helped
to continuously improve the dates to support the load to allow for the
Defense Acquisition Board to pass a test to continue LRIP production on May
06. Standard hours backlog was eliminated from 1/06 to present for the H1
Program for an excellent team accomplishment. I worked closely with
Manufacturing, Dispatch Management and Item Dispatchers, QC, Program
Management, PCA's, MRP Configuration Control, Master Scheduling,
Purchasing, Warehousing, Bell Management and Operations to perform at a
high level in this very complex and challenging worldwide supply chain
operation and final assembly and flight facility. One of the leaders and
torchbearers of change in this operation..

slot machine manufacturing industry and is a business partner to IGT the
world's largest slot machine manufacturer. Duties included culture change
agent for Materials Management and special Forecasting and ERP projects
using the Navision ERP software in the New Jersey corporate offices until
1/05. Duties in Las Vegas included material planning, production and
purchasing expediting, inventory control and sales order planning at their
manufacturing facility in Las Vegas.

Reason for leaving: Plant shutdown
Distribution Scheduling Analyst
Top manufacturer and distributor of Cellular CDMA, TDMA, Mobile and GSM
technology phones and accessories. Duties included final assembly cell
phone master scheduling of the 24 hours/seven days a week Distribution
Operation. The assemble to order distribution environment scheduling was
accomplished by using I2 Rhythm Factory Planner Release 4.3.1 in
combination with Excel spreadsheet applications and the corporate home
grown order administration package. Oracle ERP is also in use corporate
wide. As part of the Distribution Operations team we achieved a 32%
increase in service levels from May 2000 through Mar. 2001 from 62% to 94%
for SSD or Scheduled Ship Date attainment. We also achieved 100% delivery
performance for AT & T in December 2000 and received their top supplier
award. Record throughput was also achieved in Sept., Oct. and Dec. of 2000
from Distribution Operations. Worked closely with Manufacturing,
Manufacturing Scheduling, QC, Outsource Scheduling, Order Administration,
Marketing Channel Management, Master Scheduling, Purchasing, Distribution
Planning, PCS Management and Ticket Room Operations to perform at a high
level in this very complex and challenging worldwide supply chain
operation. One of the leaders and torchbearers of change in this
operation. .

Consultant-Affiliate Manufacturing Software Consultant
Sub-contractor for a local company helping to implement the JBA ERP package
for Product Data Management, Periodic Physical Inventory and Shop Floor
Control in one of their divisions. I wrote all procedures and training
materials and trained a whole division at this world-class leader in the
metal stamping industry. I also assisted the President of MMA by
performing Marketing and Sales for new business out of the corporate
offices in Oak Brook.
Solo Cup Company, Highland Park, IL 1995-1999
Reason for leaving: Started my own consulting business.
Production Planning Analyst/Master Scheduler
Duties included master scheduling, production and capacity planning, and
detail scheduling a large plastics plant which manufactures cups, lids and
related products for consumer and institutional markets. Increased service
levels from 90 to 99% for three straight years for the Urbana plastics
plant for the company standard of performance. This performance led to
Solo receiving the prestigious Wal-Mart supplier award in Oct. 98. Helped
to implement the pilot for CPP with the Manugistics software for production
planning. Computer systems consist of a WAN PC environment using client
servers during a conversion from COPICS to the QAD MRP II software MFG/PRO.
Solo implemented Manugistics for forecasting, DRP, CPP, and AMS.
PeopleSoft was also implemented for purchasing.

Production Planner/Buyer
Duties included master scheduling, planning and buying over 5,000 SKU's in
a make/assemble to stock manufacturing/distribution environment. Computer
systems consisted of a home grown reorder point system during a conversion
to the JDE MRP II software package. Decreased backorders by 70% for
responsible product lines in the lift truck aftermarket parts industry.
Decreased the backorder levels for the MHS and EV Controls plants from over
$100, 000 to approx. $8,000 during my tenure.
