I worked several jobs in the oil and energy sector (Williams Energy, ORS-

Nasco, CRTS, Crosby-McKissick). As continuous improvement lead, I improved

processes and created documentation for initiatives for our SharePoint

website. This included lessons learned and key points to be shared

enterprise wide. I also created job aids to train welders and quality

inspectors. In addition, I did time and motion studies for processes in

various facilities. As process improvement manager, I participated in

company acquisitions and integration of current processes (along with

process improvements) between the new acquisitions and current facilities.

As a quality engineer, I created and managed the company's quality program,

bringing the facility up to ISO 9001-2008 certification in less than six

months.

Level facility. I led the ergonomics program and volunteered as Technology

Ambassador.

I consulted for several companies under my own LLC. This was only an active

and income reportable LLC for about 1 year. My clients at that time desired

that I come in with my own LLC to consult for them. I managed various

projects at local refineries and taught Six Sigma Green Belt classes for

the United States Postal Service in Norman, OK. If the government had kept

up with the contract for the USPS, processes could have improved to help

the USPS stay more competitive with other mail delivery services. I kept

the consulting name in case I use it in the future.

I trained and coached Black Belts/Green Belts in Lean Six Sigma. I improved

process capabilities and eliminated defects. Ran projects with clients from

conception to completion. I mentored belts at all levels throughout their

projects and coached them for presentations to management. I worked with

Best Buy Corporate, the Pentagon, the House of Representatives, and the

Army as a consultant. This job was every bit as exciting as it sounds.
