Investments Pte Limited, Singapore (MEIL), a LN Mittal group company. HMEL is setting up a 9 MMTPA grass root refinery project at

Bathinda, Punjab.

Worked as Manager (Projects) and responsible for project execution with planning, scheduling & monitoring of Engineering

Management, Procurement Management including Inspections, Expediting and Tendering, Construction Management and

supervision, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Assistance for following facilities:

• Cross-country Crude Oil Pipeline (approx. 1014 km) from Mundra to Bathinda traversing through the states of Gujarat, Rajasthan

and Haryana.

• Crude receipt facilities - Single Point Mooring ( SPM) buoy capable of handling Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCC) for crude

import located at Mundra, Gujarat, India.

• Crude Oil Terminal (COT) approximately six kms away from the sea shore at Mundra, Gujarat

Presently working as a Manager (Projects) and responsible for Project Function:

• Responsible to lead Consultant (M/s L&T Gulf) team for Preparation of Detailed Feasibility Report for MBPL (HMPL)

and Barmer Bhogat Pipeline ( Cairn).

• Responsible for all project Function for execution of Free Spans Correction Work for 10.5 km 48” Offshore Pipeline from

deep sea to Land Fall Point.

• Presently working as a Nodal officer and responsible to lead Arbitration team against claimed amount of Rs. 302 Crore

pertaining to 544 km 28”/30” cross country pipeline laying works executed by Mainline contractor M/s KPTL.

Brahmaputra Petrochemical Complex, Assam of M/s BCPL, Period: 1 year

Worked as a Lead Project Planning Manager and responsible for all Project execution functions including planning, scheduling and

monitoring for Natural Gas & Naphtha based Petrochemical Project at Assam for Brahmaputra Cracker & Polymer Limited.

Project Phase includes Licensor selection, finalization of Basic Engineering Packages for License units i.e. Ethylene Cracker Unit,

LLDPE/HDPE Swing Unit & Polypropylene Unit, Engineering Management, Procurement Management including Inspections,

Expediting and Tendering, Construction Supervision.

NGL Pipeline Project of GASCO, Abu Dhabi Period: 1 Year

Worked as a Lead Project Planning Manager and responsible for all Project Planning Functions for Replacement of NGL Pipeline Project of

Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Limited, Abu Dhabi.

Project Phase includes:

EPC bid clarifications, EPC bid Evaluation and Contract Finalization and its award, Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering

Management, HSE Management, Procurement Management, Construction Management, etc.

Petrochemical Complex, Pata of M/s GAIL, Period: 4.5 years

Worked as a Lead Project Planning Manager and responsible for all Project Function which include planning, scheduling and monitoring for

Natural Gas based Petrochemical Project at Pata, UP for Gas Authority (India) Limited. Project Phase includes for Basic Engineering

Package, Detailed Engineering, Purchase, Contracting, Manufacturing & Delivery, Construction Supervision for Gas Cracker Unit and

HDPE Unit including Licensor selection.

• Natural Gas based Petrochemical Expansion Project for Gas Cracker and HDPE units

• Enhancement in Capacity of GAS PROCESSING UNIT from 12 MMSCMD to 14 MMSCMD for UPPC - PATA,

Petrochemicals.

• DEBOTTLENECKING OF LLDPE UNIT from 160,000 TPA to 210,000 TPA for UPPC – PATA, Petrochemicals.

LNG Terminal, Dabhol of M/s RGPPL, Period: 1 year

• Initially, 3 months deputed to Whessoe Oil and Gas Limited at their Home Office, Darlington, U.K. and responsible for

Project Planning function specially crashing of time schedule for pre-award phase activities pertaining to preparation of

EPC tender of Non-Marine work for LNG Terminal, Dabhol.

• Responsible for Project execution & Planning Function for Non marine work, Jetty, Tug Berth and Marine Facilities of

LNG Terminal. Project Phase includes for EPC bid Evaluation and Contract Finalization, Project Management, Project
