Vikram is a group of company. Vikram Group is a technology based

company with deep roots in engineering and technology with head office

located in Kolkata City, West Bengal (India). Vikram solar

manufactures solar PV modules multi crystalline type, in a wide range

from 3 WP to 300 WP. Vikram Solar is acknowledged as a one of the top

solar module manufacturers in India and abroad.

Designation: Site In charge (O&M)

Duration: From April 2012 to Nov 2014.

Work Environment:

5 MW Solar Power Plant & (11/66, 11/33) KV Switch-yard with

Power Transformers (6.25,1.5) MVA, AEG Inverters (650,500) KW,

Circuit Breakers like SF6, VCB, ACB, MCCB, HT & LT Panels,

Measurement equipment's & Protection Component like CT, PT, Type

of protection relay, Over current relay, Earth fault relay, RTCC

Panel, RMU, Battery Charger & Battery bank, String Monitoring

Box, Module array, Solar & Power cable installation, SMPS,

Operations of SCADA & Local Monitoring.

Responsibilities:

. 5 MW solar power plant management, Co-ordination with sub-

contractor & client, Fire Fighting.

. Planning & implementing the preventive & breakdown maintenance

schedules for improving overall reliability and safety.

. Identifying areas of obstruction/defects & conducting service

and repair to rectify equipment through the troubleshooting

tools.

. Identify the problem areas & subcontractor's requirements of

resources.

. Implementing safe work practice as per the company procedure.

. Vendor co-ordination for strategic sourcing of critical spare

requirement.

. Preparation of daily analysis report of generation, auxiliary

consumption & plant efficiencies.

. Maintaining the record of all operation and maintenance

activities on the site.

. Man power handling and checking all technical activities for

effective production.

Lohia Auto Industries (LAI) is the electric vehicles manufacturing

division of Lohia Consortium. Lohia Auto Industries manufacture hi-

tech electric two (E-Bikes) and three wheelers (E-Rickshaw) in their

state-of-the-art plant at Kashipur, Uttarakhand and R&D at Noida, UP.

Designation: Junior Executive - R&D (Electrical Parts - Testing &

Validation)

Duration: From Nov. 2010 to Jan. 2012.

Responsibilities:

. Testing and validation of Electrical parts like DC Motor, DC-DC

Converter, Controller, Charger, Switches, Horns, Speedometer LCD and

Wiring harness.

. Battery - Life cycle testing / Capacity validation / Maintenance and

the problem.

. Made frequent technical discussions with local suppliers for the

technical problems and Improvement points which needed on the

supplying parts in our existing models.

testing and evaluation.
