Manager Operations – October 2013 to till date- Ayurwin Pharma Pvt Ltd,

Bangalore, manufacturer of Ayurvedic Medicines, responsibilities- Entire operations

which includes Marketing, HR & Admin and Finance Control.

Sr. Manager Administration& HR - April 2009 to September 2013 – Food Creations

Pvt Ltd, Unit for manufacture of Sun Feast Brand Biscuits for ITC Food Division.-

1300 employees.

Responsible for entire Administration inclusive of Liaison, Statutory compliances,

Industrial Safety & Security, HR functions inclusive of Recruitment, IR, Time office

management, Pay roll and Overall Commercial operations

Manager Administration & HR -December 2005 to March 2009– SysInformation

Healthcare India Pvt Ltd, Mysore a US based Medical Billing BPO- 750 employees.

Supported the CEO, in setting up the Mysore and Bangalore facility, from the early stages

with required support in Liaison, Recruitment, Purchase management and Infrastructure.

o Project Infrastructure and Project set up.

o Managed the recruitment from the start up employee strength of 17 during 2005

to 450 by 2009.

o Set up the infrastructure from single centre in 2005 to four centers by 2009 to

house 450 employees.

o The Attrition levels of employees were well under control due to continuous

interaction with employees.

o Also managed the infrastructure projects interior, net working and electrical set up

with support from the IT Management team.

o I was part of the ISO internal audit team during the certification process.

GM Administration and HR April 2004 to December 2005 – SA Group a property

developer, at Bangalore.

o Operation Management at site, Contractor interaction and site worker

management.

o Liaison with government and external agencies.

o Managed the legal issues with support from a team of attorney.

Administrative Manager May 2000 to February 2004 – Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd,

Munoli, Karnataka- 900 employees.

In this position I was responsible for managing the Administrative wing of the

organization, which had 500+ permanent employees, 300+ contract employees and

floating visitors of 400+ which included truck and tractor movements.

o Managed internal security

o Managed continuous training on first aid, fire fighting equipments and on site

emergency training.

o Reduced accidental rates by introducing safety measures.

o Managed legal issues of the organization at various courts.

o Managed the organization without any labour unrest and did not give room for

formation of labour union.

o Implemented Health and Insurance schemes.

Administrative Manager- April 1998 to May 2000 – PLAAT Badra a 100 % EOU, a

subsidiary of PLAAT Malaysia.

The parent company Plaat Malaysia for operational reasons decided to wind-up the India

operations. As the Administrative Manager completed the formalities of statutory

requirements and also well executed the labour settlement requirements with out any

unrest from the labour force.

o Managed Liaison with Customs, Central Excise, Export processing zone and

Industrial development Boards.

o Managed Export and Import portfolio.

o Administrative function and internal security.

Administrative Officer June 1993 to March 1998 – Zenith Textiles, Nanjangud,

Karnataka a 100 % EOU Textile Unit.

During my tenure with this organization I was part of the management team for execution

of this industrial project from the foundation level to erection of machineries and also for

obtaining all statutory sanctions and approvals.

Management of Project from startup foundation to completion of construction.
