Among research topics were: multi-component alloys coating deposition by EB evaporation from liquid pool using ?flash? method; deposition of erosion-resistant graded coatings TiN, Ti+TiN micro-layers, TiC, B4C; deposition of porous and dense ZrO2 for ?fuel cells?; increasing of deposition rate for thermal barrier ZrO2 coatings; etc.
