Job Function: I was re-hired with the Sitel company as a billing representative. I was to
assist our members in making payments toward their policies. Members that have gone
past due must be advised of the penalties and then what must be done to prevent
cancellation. If canceled and making payment within the allotted time frame it is my
responsibility to make it clear there is a lapse in coverage, etc. I then must document the
account with the importance in which I advised the member of. Frequently for refferals or
just additional information from our licensed agents, I must transfer the call to the
appropriate department. Multi- tasking was a skill that was very much needed.

Job Title: Transporter/ Dispatcher
Job Function: As dispatcher I was responsible for booking appointments and distributing
them as necessary. Having to operate multiple lines for our client's appointments and or
informational needs. Also having to simultaneously operate a radio for 10-11 crews at a
time. As driver I was responsible for transporting patients to and from set destinations.
Either by gurney or wheel chair, my partner and I were to take care with the patient

and live performances. Multitasking between keeping the guest attended to and entering
information into the computer. As well as toggling between screens to complete such
tasks. Occasionally I would also have to act as an operator. Transfering calls to
restraunts, box offices and other areas per our guest's requests.
