IPC PUR SYSTEM

Currently working in Armen international- IPC PUR system as Production Engineer and

Safety officer for overall group, controls the automation reactor of Rigid foam production. The

polyol addition, surfactants and catalyst control for the process are regulated and indicted .

Inspection of the plant along with plant manager and detailed study of entire plant process,

documentation including raw material, intermediates and product quantity calculation. Safety

process of production, Coshh assessment, JSA analysis, Issues safe system of work for risky tasks

and daily check list issued to workers and supervisors. Risk Assessment, toolbox talks, safety

oriented trainings, auditing, inspection Collect data from laboratories and assist in process trouble

shooting, Controls the overall production of polyurethane foam, approves formulations, carry out

planning of the materials, and maintains the maintenance of compressor . Responsible for

procurement of raw materials for polymer production, all the necessary measurements such as fire

Worked in Basf Polyurethane system in Dubai Industrial city, Polyol and MDI manufacturing

as Production supervisor for about 1 year . Controlled the two Batch Reactors producing Rigid

Polyol .Batch control of MDI in manual mixer reactor. Assists in The maintenance of the process

reactor .Electrical control system,pumps, valves, testing process, Experienced in Automation

Siemens Plc and Middleware Software, which controls the reactors. Familiar with the development

of Rigid foam formulation and Density measurement of foam. Controlled the pre polymer mixing of

Isocyanate in Container mixing station. Obtained training in SAP implementation in production and

did the production planning in the company. Zero accident record was maintained in Basf

Polyurethane system. Carried out the risk assessment for the production area, Trained the staff for

safety related process in production.

BPCL KOCHI REFINERY

1Year worked as a Production supervisor in Bharat Petroleum Corporation limited.

Responsible for safe start up, shutdown and emergency operation.

Reporting all the abnormalities and failure to the Electrical/Mechanical/Instrument

maintenance team and to take corrective measures & routine checkup of all process

equipments.

Controlling and maintaining process parameters as per technical region.

Identify and assess plant operating problems and suitable action to take and quickly

resolve problems to continue normal operation.

Start up of various pumps and maintaining dosing rates with the help of metering

In this project a high level language Matlab is used,the program has used Macabe and

Thiele method for separation of binary mixtures only

column
