Roles and Responsibilities in Schneider Electric:

• Contribute my skills and experience for new product Industrialization.

• Dismantle the sample / Golden unit and identify the process and manufacturing needs.

• Preparing PFMEA with CFT members.

• Monitoring, Evaluating, Recommending and improving the manufacturing process to increase productivity and help reduce DPUs.

• Analyzing failure trends and resolving process-related defects quickly to

sustain line efficiency.

• Preparing 3D Technical Work Instructions for Vendor development Parts and Assemblies.

• Coordinate with team on closing issues related to pilot run before release to manufacturing (RTM).

• Creates/Updates/Modifies WIs (Work instruction) for new/existing models.

• Conducting pilot run on part qualification for ECN and ECO parts.

• Drafting and assembling parts by using 3D modeling (SOLIDWORKS, PRO/E and CAD Software).

• Written ECOs to change the Quantities, add and Remove Parts from BOM.
