- Review and interpret project bid documents including but not limited to architectural, structural, civil,

electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection and job specifications.

- Field Survey existing conditions of piping systems and add sketches of these conditions to blueprints.

- Sketch piping systems in accordance with bid documents in order to prepare estimates.

- Use sketch to pick off all material necessary in piping system to estimate total material cost.

- Estimate man power and man hours needed to complete installation of piping systems within allotted

time constraints.

- Prepare bid proposals and submit to general contractors within a given time frame.

- After projects have been awarded and notice to proceed has been received, transfer CAD files to the

designer in order to complete final blueprint drawings for piping systems.

- Submit drawings to corresponding county for plans review and permit submittals.

- Schedule employees to complete projects within the allotted time frame.

- Constantly maintain a line of communication between general contractors, superintendents, jobsite

foreman, and project managers to ensure all members involved with a project are kept up to date with

project information of any sort.

With my background in the installation of piping systems, I attend current projects to assist in installation

to ensure a timely completion when necessary.
