I am the first person you meet when you come in the door. I screen visitors, send all
results from all the different laboratories which have to be sent daily. Ensure all visitors
have signed in and out upon leaving and make badges. Answer all incoming phone calls
and transfer to appropriate lab and/or individual. Receive all supbeonas for all
departments. I work in the Criminalist Division.

production purposes.

Admin Assistant
1Crossings Community Clinic is a free clinic open to anyone in the state
of Oklahoma who has no insurance and is in need of medical, dental, legal or
counseling.
2I volunteered as a dental assistant for about a year before being hired as one of the two
dental employees. We have a wide range of clientele and I work closely with all the
doctors who volunteer their time, as well as the patients. I have been a dental assistant for
close to 30 years.
3I have assisted regularly in all areas of dental, i.e.: oral surgery, general dentistry,
periodontal, pedodontics, crowns and bridges. I worked for two years in a dental lab
creating crowns and bridges.
4I return all phone calls, make appointments, order supplies, sterilize equipment, set ups etc.
We have 12 different dentists who volunteer, as well as the OU School of Hygiene
students.
2007 - 2008- Oklahoma Sales Coordinator
1Worked with all Oklahoma project managers throughout the state to insure proper detailing
of all engine and accessory sales.
2I was in the PSD Power Systems Division, which is engine sales. I was one of only two
people in the entire company responsible for facilitating and forwarding every invoice to
the accounting department.
3I was the Oklahoma liaison for Warren Cat and Caterpillar, as well as, every client
company. It was my responsibility to secure and invoice the engine sales to guarantee we
met our monthly budget. By taking charge of office calls, I was able to free up the sales
staff and project managers to spend more time in the field.
2000-2007 - Investor
4I spent a few years investing my own resources and was able to pay off my mortgage on my
home and three acres, as well as my vehicles. At which time, I decided to go back to
work. I missed being around people.
1993 – 2000 –JoDan Investments - Administrative Assistant/Assistant
Manager
5As manager of the Roadhouse Restaurant in Afton, Oklahoma, I was able to free the owner
to move to Tulsa and open another restaurant there.
6I was in charge of the entire operation of a 120-seat restaurant in a resort area of Grand
Lake.
As part owner of Jo/Dan Investments, I was in charge of all office work to enable the
recruiters to make calls.
1I was in charge of hiring/firing, payroll, ordering, etc. The owner moved to Tulsa with
confidence his restaurant was in good hands.
***I went to work in 1978 as a dental assistant in College Station, Texas. I worked for
Dr. Charles Ernst, who was a general dentist. Dr. Earnst did root canals, all surgerical
procedures, as well as periodontal work. I was his lead assistant for many years. He was
also the dentist for the TEXAS A&M School of Veterinary Medicine. As his assistant, I
was fortunate enough to assist him in many dental surgical procedures on a variety of
different animals, such as, giraffes, lions and tigers.
He loaned me out to other dentists’ offices during summer months, so I was fortunate to
be able to work for oral surgeons, peridontists, etc. I have done a very wide variety of
dental procedures and I love the work.
