senior community of more than 100 residents. Supervised a team of 30

employees. Managed and organized all facets of the community, including

budget, food service, maintenance, activities, administrative, leases, rent

collection, sales and tours.

October 2007 to May 2014 - Credit Assistant

including manage and process credit applications, analyze and give

preliminary recommendation to establish or deny new consumer accounts,

communicate with Credit Department supervisor and company controller on

ultimate customer service, including freelance newspaper reporting,

stringing and columnist; motorsports official; sports public address

edited copy, paginating, supervised a newsroom team and oversaw department

Experience also includes radio broadcasting and management (15 years),

public relations and restaurant management. I love being involved in my

church and I have coached youth baseball for 28 years.
