operated moulding machine which performs both Injection Moulding

Operations as well as Blow Moulding Operations.

Quality Circles which include Basic Concept, History of Quality Circles,

Objectives, Applications and Case Studies.

Dissertation During the ME(Thermal Design Engineer):

Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger and Prevention against Tube Bundle

Vibration Using Software Xchange Suite 5.0 (HTRI).Based on the thermal

calculation using HTRI, it is observed that exchanger is having adequate

thermal and hydraulic performance with the new process condition but

showing major flow induced vibration in HTRI vibration report. To resolve

the vibration in both the exchanger, manual calculation is performed

using HTRI handbook and all the vibration induced parameters in the HTRI

report are corrected based on the modification in the bundle by providing

additional vibration free support at the inlet and outlet spacing. Based

on the client requirement, X-Vib module of the HTRI is used for the

precise analysis of the vibration and submitted the detail report

including the technical suggestions.
