Manage complex workforce development evaluation projects within the context
of federal project evaluations of Department of Labor Programs. In this
position, I oversee three client DOL projects -- Green Jobs Innovation Fund
(GJIF) and Reintegration of Ex-Offenders (REXO) 4 and 5. Implementation of
evaluation plans and training programs to ensure program fidelity to stated
models. Database management and reports to Department of Labor (PRI and
GRAD systems).

. Manage the transfer and compliance of client data into
workforce data systems
. Collaborate with the Director, Evaluation Systems and Database
Programmer on online database design for workforce development
projects
. Conduct field research, including interviews of program participants,
employers, training providers, and researchers and produce written
reports of findings
. Conduct focus groups
. Research best practices in workforce development and share
resources with clients
. Manage and monitor up to eight client
evaluation/implementation plans
. Provide oral and PowerPoint presentations of results of data analyses
and/or industry topics
. Build and maintain professional and collaborative relationships within
the project and community, including funders, and other entities
related to program services
. Represent CFSS at local and national meetings, committees
and conferences
. Collect relevant primary and secondary data for grant
applications
