Worked in Akar Tools Ltd. as a Department Incharge in heat treatment

section. Akar Tools Ltd. Aurangabad Manufactures and exports auto

components and hi-quality precision engineered hand tools to Europe, USA,

Japan, Australia and many other countries worldwide.

> My role was to monitor process of Hardening and Tempering the material to

their desired hardness range.

> Monitor Productions according to priorities to meet daily packaging

requirement.

> Handling man and material shift wise.

> Look up the breakdown and preventive maintenance of machines/furnace.

> Increase production to meet the departmental objectives.
