Solution . It manages the work flow

involved in various processes in an

organisation, which requires automatic

transitions to next level for necessary

actions and approvals. For eg: Leave

management systems, National and

International travel managements, IT

Helpdesks etc.

In WFM(Work Flow Management), a work

flow is achieved using the BPM (Business

Process Management) . User is given an

interactive user friendly Visual Process

Designer, where he can drag and drop

services (tasks) and join them using

forward and backward transitions. There

are various other functionalities for VPD

as well. Once a process is drawn, it can

be deployed into the client's database

and then initiated automatically or

manually, thus the process becomes

automated. The deployed process saves

itself in a JPDL (Java Process Definition

Language ) file .

The architecture is designed in SCA (Back

End) and MVP (Front End). Java,EJB and

BPM being the core for back end and JSP

for the UI.
