• CHEMIST: Acted as sample custodian, lead chemist and also gave seminars to

local wastewater treatment plant operators regarding EPA audits

• QUALITY: Ran and monitored lab wide QC. I obtained Ohio EPA and WV

DEP certification for the lab and myself. Handled all DMR-QA testing required

by the EPA. As part of the QA/QC program I wrote all SOPs and the QAPP. Led

the team in Lean Manufacturing as well as 5S practices in the lab to insure

maximum efficiency. Performed QC for ISO certified industrial clients

• PURCHASING: Purchased almost all lab supplies and researched and

purchased all major capital expenditures while monitoring budgetary concerns

• SALES: Trained and managed all sales staff. I assisted in outside sales and

handled the majority of inside sales. Coordinated all home septic testing as well

as gas well fracking monitoring, acting as liaison between local health

departments and state agencies

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Reported results to customers, providing assistance

with data interpretation and EPA/OSHA/BUSTR reporting guidelines. I was

responsible for all eDMR reporting for NPDES and drinking water testing. All

questions from clients regarding capabilities, quality or other concerns were

directed to me

• MARKETING: All lab literature and marketing strategies were designed by me
