WORK EXPERIENCE

2011 - Current PARA

Maintenance Supervisor - Supervises and coordinates

activities of workers engaged in the repair of park

amenities and ball fields. Directs workers engaged in

maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming

hedges and other maintenance task. Plans and directs the

overall maintenance operations for Tuscaloosa County Park

and Recreation Authority. Completes and submits purchase

orders, bids, and essential paper work. Administer

training, safety, hiring, disciplinary and other policies

and programs on daily basics. Analyzes and resolves work

problems or assists workers in solving work problems.

Maintain employee time and production records in accordance

with government regulations. Work with volunteers on

special projects throughout the park system.

Crew Leader - Supervise and direct daily activities of 8 -

10 employees. Set specific goals that will allow the

actions of the crew to meet their assigned task. Perform

audits, provide instruction and administer discipline as

directed by the policies of PARA. Report to supervision

daily with completed work orders.

Operator - Operate and maintain; tractor, out front mowers,

bush hog, flail mower, trimmer, sand pro, sharpen and

install blades, tiller, top dresser, broadcast spreader,

edger, dump truck, backhoe, load and transport equipment,

lay out and set up ball fields
