Following are the detailed brief job description, which I handle:

Recruitment - Recruitment & selection. Responsible of Fulfillment of recruitment of candidates (Senior &

middle) from many sources i.e. through Job Portals, head hunting, personal & professional references

etc.Sourceing & screening and short listing of candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and

aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation) etc .Cordinating with Claints for gathering

manpower requirements. Full filling the recruitment target on the specific time period. Joining formalities,

i.e. providing offer letter & appointment letters. Coordinating & conducting student’s recruitment from

institutes.

2.August-2012- Till Date At SPM INDIA LIMITED (UNIT-2)

Recruitment

Recruitment & selection including Database Search, Job Portal Search, Resume Screening, short listing

& Reference checks. Responsible of Fulfillment of recruitment of candidates (Senior & middle) from many

sources i.e. through head hunting, personal & professional references etc. Create recruitment process

flowchart; Maintain resource requisition forms; Create job descriptions, joining formalities, i.e. providing

offer letter & appointment letters, verifications check. Based on the resource requisition form; Source the

right candidates for the right position; Create and maintain the Resume Database; Referral Scheme

promotion; Taking HR round of interview.

Employee Relations & HRIS : Responsible for total coordination of HR activities of the SPM UNIT-2

which includes employee relationship, employee engagement activities, day to day handling employees

HR enquiries, issues & solving their problems. Council the associate if there is any issue relating to

behavior, attendance & performance. Maintaing of employee database and preparation of various

reports.Maintaing details of employees i.e. experience, skills and salary .Preparation of Hiring reports

and sending monthly reports to Plant Head and MD.

Payroll & Attendance – Preparing inputs of salary of the SPM UNIT-2 which includes attendance, leave,

LOP, medical reimbursement, new joining, Increment(If any), short fall of Notice (if any) & send the

report to accounts dept. of head office.

Leave Management: Taking care of the leave management of the associates. Maintaining the MIS of

Leave.Responsible for payroll input as taking care of re imbursements and incentives.Maintaining proper

approval process of Leaves and attendance so that it can be updated to the Intranet system & to accounts

for salary.Updating of leaves to the payroll.

Induction & Exit - Responsible for induction orientation program for the newly recruited employees for

making them familiar with company culture, rules & regulations. Complete joining formalities of all the new

joinees and inducting them to the organization schedule and conduct Induction training programs across

various lines of the business. Taking care of termination/separation formalities.

Training & Development : In charge for arranging various resources required for the training programs.

Interaction with line Managers to identify the various training requirements and arranging for the same.

Other HR Activities & Admin activities – Preparing HR reports & other MIS reports send it to the HOD

on weekly basis. Coordination on the Mediclaim cards of the associates & the process of the mediclaim &

updating the associates on the requirement. Maintaining regularly the HR notice board. Booking tickets .

Following up with vendors for invoices & the issue arises for work. Maintaining store data & updating the

same. Other day to day admin activities as & when required.

Statutory Compliances:- Provident Fund, ESI & Mediclaim related matters. Have to open new PF

account of employees & ESI as per the eligibility. Open mediclaim policy, update the details half yearly &

update the associates about the rules of mediclaim policy.
