Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating contract
actions in support of the Bureau of Administration, Local Guard Programs
for the U.S. Embassies and Consulates overseas.
Perform the full range of contracting functions to include soliciting,
evaluating, and awarding contracts, preparing contract closeout documents
and advising on contract terminations if needed
Monitors contractor performance to ensure compliance with the terms and
conditions of the contract
