Title: “Vehicle Monitoring System”.

Software Used: Keil µvision v4

Role: Developed and tested for finding the vehicle location easily by using simple components.

Description: The aim of this project is, owner can get the information regarding vehicle location by

sensing IR rays transmitted by the vehicle and sensed signal will be transmitted through ASK

transmitter. As soon as the signal received, the name of the present vehicle location will be displayed

on LCD and also if any vehicle is approaching towards another vehicle with the help of LDR the head

lights of the vehicle automatically go to low beam, hence this project will give awareness to the driver

of the vehicle.

Major Project Undertaken in BE

Title: “Vehicle parameter monitoring and acquisition using CAN Protocol”.

Software Used: Keil µvision v4

Role: Developed and tested for monitoring the vehicle parameters using CAN Protocol easily by

using ARM processor.

Description: This project aims at designing a system which can automatically monitor the parameters

of the vehicle and provide safety precautions. It improves the driver-vehicle interface and indicates

the vehicle status like fuel leakage, engine temperature, stand position and accident detection. ARM

processor monitors the vehicle status, visualize the status through LCD and indicate critical condition

through buzzer and speaker. The communication module used in the project is embedded networking

by CAN (Controller Area Network) which has efficient data transfer.

Project Undertaken in Diploma

Title: “Embedded Design for Power Monitoring and Optimization

Software Used: Keil µvision v4

Role: Developed and tested to save energy, make efficient utilization of power

Description: The project aims to control the wastage of power. It monitors the surrounding

environment and electrical condition depending on those parameters embedded system will control

the operation of the devices like, if the room temperature is increased more than the desired

temperature the system will automatically controls the speed of the fan and also it will check for the

natural light intensity depending on that microcontroller will control how many set of LED’s should

be ON. One of the main feature of this project is PIR sensor, this sensor is used to detect presence of a

person in the room or not with respect to that the system will control the action of devices such that

ON/OFF.
